About & Data Sources

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This directory lists emergency contact numbers โ€” police, fire, hospital, electric utility, disaster-response/operations center, Red Cross chapter, volunteer emergency groups, and select national services โ€” across the Philippines' 17 regions, with city/municipality-level detail added where a reliable source was available.

Coverage levels

Every region has at least one representative office per category (regional police, fire, hospital, electric cooperative, DRRM/OpCen, Red Cross chapter). Some regions additionally include city or municipality-level detail โ€” individual police substations, fire stations, and health offices โ€” where an official local hotline sheet was available. Coverage is intentionally uneven: it reflects what's been verifiably sourced so far, not a claim of nationwide completeness.

How the data was compiled

Numbers were gathered via web search against official government sources (pnp.gov.ph, bfp.gov.ph, doh.gov.ph, ocd.gov.ph, redcross.org.ph, individual LGU sites), official local hotline directories provided directly to the site maintainer, and, where an official source could not be found, secondary listings such as news coverage, social media posts, and community-maintained directories. Entries sourced from a non-.gov.ph secondary listing are marked unverified in the interface, and every entry links to or names where the number was found.

Data freshness

This dataset was last compiled on July 10, 2026. Philippine emergency hotlines โ€” especially mobile numbers for local DRRM offices, electric cooperatives, and volunteer groups โ€” change relatively often. Always cross-check against the linked source, or the National Emergency Hotline 911, before relying on a number in a real emergency.
